An elegant and subdued tone vase in shades of mauve with a floral design in lavender, white, and pink tones. The flowers appear to be an iris or hibiscus type. The vase has 2 small "ear" style handles at the shoulder of the vase. The gold trim is in excellent condition, with very little wear. The vase has no chips, cracks, or hairlines. There is some residue from use as a flower vase inside at the bottom. The vase height is 8 3/8", and it is 4 1/2" in diameter at the widest point. The vase is marked "Royal Nippon" on the base, and the world globe with "Nashika" in black. This is a lovely vase, certain to be an attractive addition to your Nippon collection!
