Item #: 09785 Here is a nice luncheon plate from the Rock Island Lines. It was manufactured by Buffalo China. The base is white, with white flowers and green leaves. It is top marked with two orange decoration, and back stamped " Made Especially For Rock Island Lines Buffalo China", with the letter "E" . It is 7 3/4" in diameter. The luncheon plate has light overall speckling from age, with moderate utensil marks in the well. It is worn from use, but there are no chips or cracks. A great addition to your Chicago, Rock Island & Pacific Railroad collection.
