D&RGW - Denver & Rio Grande Western 11 3/8" Oval 1942 Prospector Platter, Syracuse China

This Denver & Rio Grande Western Railroad platter is in excellent to near mint condition and has only one tiny kiln spot on the reverse side. There are no wear marks or imperfections. The prospector design platter features the Rio Grande speed logo, and is back stamped "Syracuse Econo Rim, W-3", 1942 date code. There is also a stamped small capital "I" near the back stamp under the glaze. The dimensions of the platter are: 11 3/8" long and 9 1/8" wide. A great display D&RGW piece for the Colorado Railroadiana fan!
